May 30th - Memorial Sunday - There will be no afternoon or evening activities for youth... utilize the moments for family and for sharing!

June 5th (Saturday) - Youth Fundraiser in the Morning! - We still need some volunteers (youth/parents) to help make this last fundraiser a success! What is it, you ask? Selling breakfast items to those coming in for Annual Conference (~500 people). June 6th (Sunday) -  How many of you can help kick off the Great Week of Service? We need six youth and/or parents to help move Chicken and Ribs from the Grill to the serving stations from 11:45 - 1:30pm. Please let me know ASAP if you can help. This is a great way we can help!

June 6th (Sunday Afternoon) - Mission Trip Planning Meeting - crucial one before Parent meeting 

June 6th (Sunday Evening) - UMYF involves parents and missioners for our final face-to-face informational meeting for our MISSION TRIP - yay! We will have forms that need notarization completed, we will have other items such as family groups, project assignments, packing lists, and everything else we can share regarding the trip. Make every effort to be in attendance that evening.

June 19th (Saturday from 9 - 10:30) - Youth Sunday Rehearsal - Choir, Bells, and Seniors need to be present!

June 20th (Youth Sunday begins with your presence in the youth room at 9:30AM!!!!) All youth (missioners and non-missioners, including those recently confirmed) are encouraged to participate!!!!)

June 23rd (Wednesday) - Senior Banquet - 6:30 Seniors' Parents, Seniors, Youth Counselors are invited to attend this event!

June 28th - OH BOY!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! MISSION TRIP BEGINS with 8:30 departure from the Church!!!!

Mission Reminders

Form for Medical Purposes - please fill this out for the June 6th meeting. We will have a notary on hand that evening, but if you can get this completed ahead of time that would be great! Thanks!

T-Shirt Size Form - I still need everyone to complete this form. I will send out the order on Tuesday June 1st so if I do not have your size, I will guess! To prevent me from guessing, please fill out the form here.

Prayer Partner Form - I still need everyone to complete this one too. We're sending out Prayer Partner connections next week so complete this form at the same time you are completing the t-shirt form.

YOUTH SACRED SPACE ART Exhibit!

I know you're an artist! So why not show it to everyone!

We're going to make our own Sacred Space Art Exhibit on Youth Sunday in the Gathering Center. We need YOU to submit your artwork! What we need is your submission and a brief statement on how you "see" your piece (artist statement), and a bit about who you are (name, grade, school)! We need you to submit these items by June 13th! Let's make this the most fabulous Youth Art Exhibit ever!
